HDM Z1 Polyester Filter is a package of disposable filters for Z1 Travel CPAP Machines. Made from disposable polyester, the filters are designed to be used solely with HDM's Z1 Travel CPAP machine. To ensure optimum performance, users of the Z1 Ultra Portable CPAP Machine by Human Design Medical (HDM) need to replace the filter roughly every 30 days (sometimes later, sometimes sooner). Whether you will need to replace your filter later or sooner will depend on a variety of factors (mostly your environmental conditions). Keeping a fresh filter will ensure that you receive air which is correctly purified; this will help maintain high quality therapy.
