Type TN Mod is a water-based paint that produces a low-to-medium-hardness coating, composed of 97% Titanium Nitride and 3% Aluminum Oxide, when heated above 600C (1112F). This easy-to-apply coating is suitable for use in inert atmospheres up to 1900C (3452F) or in vacuum up to 1600C (2912F). It should not be used in air above 350C (662F).
